How do I create an account?

To create an account, your company must first be registered as a member of FOSG. Once the company is approved:

  • A designated company representative (promoter, partner, or senior executive) can create user accounts for employees, contractors, and partners.
  • If your company is not yet a member, you can initiate the registration process from the login screen by clicking on “Don’t have a FOSG ID? Create yours now.” or by visiting this link

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter the email address associated with your FOSG membership, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

How do I update my membership details?

To update your profile, log in to the app and navigate to the Profile section by tapping on your profile icon. From there, tap "Edit Profile" to update your information, including your company details, certification information, and contact preferences.

How do I find and register for industry events?

Navigate to the Events tab in the app to see upcoming safety glass industry events, workshops and training sessions. You can filter events by date, location, or category. To register for an event, tap on it to view details, then tap the "Register" button. You'll receive a confirmation email with the event details.

How do I connect with other FOSG members?

To connect with other safety glass professionals, go to the Directory tab and browse the member listings. You can filter members by company type (manufacturer, supplier, etc.), location, or certification status. To connect, visit a member's profile and tap the "Connect" button.

How do I access safety standards documents?

To access safety glass standards and regulatory documents, navigate to the Resources section and tap on "Standards Library." Here you'll find the latest safety glass standards, testing protocols, and regulatory information sorted by category and region. Premium members have access to additional technical resources.

How do I manage notification preferences?

To manage your notification preferences, go to your Profile and tap on "Settings" then "Notifications." From here, you can toggle different types of notifications including standard updates, event reminders, membership renewals, and industry news alerts.
